For founders
Build the condition that is yours
Bring one. We supply three. That is the arrangement, and it is the reason a build that would take five years takes a quarter.
The one question
Which of the four does your company supply, and where do the other three come from?
It is the first thing we ask and the only one that decides whether there is a conversation. A founder who can answer it precisely has understood the category. A founder who cannot usually has a product rather than a company — or a company with three silent dependencies.
There is no wrong answer about which condition. There is a wrong answer about the second half, and it is “we’ll build those too.”
What you get
| From the studio | What it removes |
|---|---|
| Portable identity — Flashy ID | Building an identity layer, and the years before it carries any standing |
| A redeemable unit — Flashy Gold | Designing a currency, and the failure mode that ended play-to-earn |
| Agent coordination — FlashyOS | Building governance, permissioning and an audit trail from scratch |
| Distribution — the group’s consumer surfaces | Launching to a waitlist and calling it validation |
| Capital — GDA Group, and adjacent merchant banking | Raising before there is anything to show |
| Engineering — MLG Blockchain | Hiring a custody or chain team for one problem |
What you bring
- One condition, deeply. Domain depth in a single layer beats general familiarity with four.
- A market you can name. Not a category — a population that would pay, and a reason they would start.
- Willingness to run on the mesh. Every venture operates as an organization on FlashyOS from day one, with agent identity, scoped authority and an audit trail. A convergence company that cannot demonstrate its own fourth condition is not one.
- Tolerance for being told no. The studio holds a thesis and will argue with yours. That is most of the value in the first month.
How to start
Send the answer to the one question, in a paragraph. Which condition you supply, where the other three come from, and who pays. That is more useful than a deck, and it is what the first conversation is about anyway.
Read the four conditions first — not as a formality. If the framework does not fit what you are building, the studio is the wrong partner and both of us will work that out faster on the page than in a meeting.
Contact routes are held by the studio and should be substituted here before publication. This page deliberately does not invent them.
Frequently asked
- How do you build a Web 4 company?
- You build the one condition that is genuinely yours and obtain the other three rather than constructing them. A company needing a persistent world, portable identity, redeemable value and an agent workforce cannot build all four before testing the idea — which is why almost nothing in the category has shipped.
- What does 4.ventures look for in a founder?
- Someone who can name which of the four conditions their company supplies and is honest that they cannot build the other three. Domain depth in one layer beats general familiarity with all of them.
- Do I need to already have a company?
- No. The studio originates from its own theses and recruits founders to build them, as well as building with founders who arrive with their own. Both routes exist.
